The Responsibilities:
- Seek out opportunities to promote the Bella Vista name
- Follow up on leads you are presented
- Canvas areas of recent storm damage to solicit customers
- Cold call sales for tile re-underlayment and Spray Foam Roofing jobs
- Track all sales leads and progression in Job Nimbus.

The Qualifications:
- Ability to speak with confidence and poise
- Valid Driver's License
- Willing to travel throughout the state
- Keen sense of self-motivation, dignity, and resolve
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Compensation:
- Base Salary plus commissions during training/probationary period
- Base Salary and Commission after probationary period
- Bonuses for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Company vehicle, tools and equipment provided for sales use.
