World Gym Highland is seeking a fitness enthusiast and team player for a Membership Representative position. We are looking for an individual motivated and eager to assist members in reaching their fitness goals through enrollment in a World Gym membership and personal training packages. This position is an opportunity to combine your passion for fitness with your ability and desire to sell.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Contribute to achieving membership goals
-Generate leads/new business through member promotions, referrals and guest passes
-Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly positive atmosphere
-Process accurate cash and credit card transactions

Qualifications
-General understanding of fitness industry
-Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Must be a team player
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Flexibility to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
