St. Joe County Recycling is seeking a dedicated Office & Program Manager to oversee our Seasonal Leaf Collection Program. This is a fast-paced, high-demand role that requires exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to excellence in serving our community.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the program by answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly.
• Dispatch and coordinate leaf collection trucks to ensure timely and efficient leaf pick up.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the program, using strong problem-solving skills.
• Utilize technology to manage schedules, track progress, and maintain records.
• Support basic HR functions, including staffing coordination and scheduling.
• Oversee office management tasks to ensure smooth program operations.
• Handle multiple priorities simultaneously, demonstrating a high level of adaptability.
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting for program accountability.

Qualifications
• Proven Resilience in High-Pressure Environments: Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective when managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and dispatch systems. Comfortable learning new tools and technology as needed.
• HR and Administrative Experience: General understanding of hiring processes, scheduling, and staff coordination. Previous experience in office management is a plus.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive thinker who can identify potential challenges and implement solutions quickly.
• Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively, ensuring smooth program operations.
• Flexibility and Commitment: Willingness to adjust to fluctuating work hours as the demands of the program evolve.
