We are looking for a book keeper / part-time office help to run and manage office.

Requirements:
- Must have bookkeeping experience
- Preferred skills in accounting
- Must be familiar with word documents and excel spreadsheets
- Familiar with Quickbooks


Duties:
- Handle book keeping
- Answer phone and take down messages, appointments, and scheduling
- Enter data into Quickbooks
- Manage bills of business
- Prepare tax paperwork necessary for accountant
- Greet customers professionally
- Manage Facebook Account for Business

We are a full service hand car wash and detail center. We are located in Michigan City on Hwy 12.
