Looking for outgoing & reliable person to provide timely First Class customer service skills for online sales (Ebay, Amazon & more).

Will be working with Shipworks shipping program, printing labels for returns, answering emails & phone calls.

Caring & helpful attitude with having a great sense of customers needs and resolving problems quickly to the customers satisfaction.

Will also help with proccessing and packing orders in the warehouse when needed.

Experience helps but is not necessary.

Must be proficient on a computer with good speaking and typing skills in English.

Must know how to work with Microsoft Word & Excel.

During the first 2 months training period, pay will be $10.50 per hour. After the 2 months training period is completed, pay will be $11.50 per hour.

Conveniently located in Merrillville,IN by I-65 and the Southlake Mall. 40 min drive from downtown Chicago
