We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team!

You will be responsible for completing work orders and apartment renovations.

Job Type: Full-time with benefits
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on skills

Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Maintain material and supply inventory
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, flooring, general carpentry skills etc.
Turn vacant apartments

Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented

Schedule:
8 hour shift /Monday to Friday hours
On call rotation
One work location

Typical start time: 8AM
Typical end time: 5PM
