The Medve Group, Inc. has an immediate need for a Full-time Maintenance Technician at our established community, Renaissance Towers & Apartments in Hammond, IN. He/she will be expected to perform various maintenance related duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of our community!!!
Daily Responsibilities: -Preparing or assisting in preparing all vacant apartments to a market ready condition -Perform various community maintenance functions -Respond to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner -Assists in the upkeep of community grounds and common areas -Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
$16/hr+ (depending upon experience) & Full benefits
