TK Maintenance is looking for qualified plumbing, electrical, and handyman for general maintenance repairs. We are looking for technicians who perform all types of repairs on commercial and residential properties servicing the Bloomington, Peoria, Champaign, and Danville area. Candidates must be willing to travel; a company vehicle will be provided.
· Must know multiple trades: Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical, and more.
· Must have Construction Experience 5 years and over
· Complete necessary drywall patching, caulking, and painting
· Minor plumbing and electrical work to be addressed as needed
· Must be knowledgeable about safety procedures.
· Must be Tech Savvy and computer literacy
· Must be knowledgeable in scheduling and planning
· Must be experienced and knowledgeable in estimating jobs onsite.
· Able to work with Project Managers and Dispatchers to complete work orders and service calls.
· Ability to assist in revolving repairs.
· Works with little to no guidance
· Must have the ability to meet with customers as necessary.
· Must have a clean and valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving record.
· If working remotely – Must have a place to park company vehicle assigned.
· Report any sub-contractor related deficiencies to the QA Field Manager
· Maintain regular and consistent attendance
· Treats all tenants and co-workers with the highest level of concern and care.
