Responsibilities · Troubleshoot company software and hardware problems, both locally and through remote technology, providing technical support to end users, including drivers and office personnel. · Provide direct assistance to end users with use of technology supporting operations and logistics. · Install, update, and test mobile applications. · Document application defects, delivering reports to internal and third-party application developers to aid in finding and testing resolutions. · Conduct training on use of company software and hardware to end users as needed. · Document and maintain processes, including hardware/software installation, repair, troubleshooting and operational procedures.
Qualifications · 1 – 3 years of experience working in a technical or customer service environment. · Strong verbal, written, and over the phone communication skills. · Strong technical skills and experience working with personal computers and mobile environments. · Knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems. · Direct experience in transportation/logistics or in the waste management industry a plus.
