Replace new light fixtures, ceiling fan, etc.
Replace electric plug
Replace new hot water tank, and furnace
Professional painting, fix the hole on the wall, drywall
Replace toilet
Are able to replace a new kitchen, including all plumbing, electric, and cabinets, counter top. etc.
Are able to replace a new bath, including all plumbing, electric, bath tub, and cabinets, etc.

Level 4 pay $18+ each hour
Do all level 3
Has city license
Fix furnace problem and air-condition, and appliance.
