Opening for a part time handy person at a NW Indiana apartment complex and full time people needed for scattered sites in Illinois and Indiana.
Maintenance Make Ready duties include performing general apartment and building maintenance, lawn care and snow removal.
Experience with appliance repair, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting and wall repair is also preferred.
Must be punctual, able to work Saturdays with some after business hour calls. Must have own tools and transportation.
