Overview
● Oversees and supervises all CNC casework production activities
● Oversees all CNC operations and evaluates efficiency of work processes and identifies and implements process improvements to optimize productivity.
● While primary role is CNC machinery, will be required to perform duties of assigned employees.
● Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices and oversees the activities of other employees in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers; attends periodic safety meetings as required; may recommend changes to improve safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

● CNC Production
● Read shop drawings with clear understanding
● Manage schedule and inventory
● Manage project budgets
● Bench carpenter when needed

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE
● Min. 5 years collective experience in cabinet making and CNC machinery
● Ability to interpret architectural specifications and drawings a must
● Commercial and institutional experience a must
● Good verbal and written communication skills
● Multitasking abilities
● Minimum 5 years CNC experience in a small to midsize related to wood manufacturing - Casework company (industry experience strongly preferred) or machine shop type environment
● Experience performing and coordinating component manufacturing activities
● Knowledge of wood shop machines
● Computer Literate
