With a 3am close vs. Illinois’s 11pm, we are busy serving new and returning happy guests.
We have some of the highest paid positions in Chicagoland. But that good pay isn’t a gift. Great service all the time takes works and our people are very committed.
We are currently looking for a few Great people to join our team in these positions:
Security/Floor Services: You will ensure that the business is safe for employees, dancers and guests. We have very few physical altercations, so most of your time will be spent helping guests enjoy their visits in any way we can. You will be interacting with and assisting dancers in a professional manner. Think casino security. Pay is $13/hour plus generous tips. Must have a good appearance and friendly demeanor. No previous security required. Future management potential and higher paid assignments for true security superstars.
Barback/Cook: You will make the bar and kitchen operations work smoothly. You will prepare food orders from our simple 3-item menu. You will keep the bar area clean and well stocked. You will quickly respond to issues ranging from broken glasses to ensuring all dancers and guests follow proper liquor laws. Prepare bottle service. We wll train you in opening, in-shift and closing procedures. You are responsible for some bathroom cleanliness and following COVID cleaning protocols . Pay is $13/hour plus generous tips. Some previous food, bar or other hospitality experience is preferred, but not required. Monday, Friday and Saturday night shifts available
Bartender: You will make for a great night as well as good drinks. Our bartenders develop a following of loyal, well-tipping customers. Our bartenders serve drinks quickly, accurately and with great customer service. Our drinks are simple to make and use premium brands. You will prepare orders for 1-3 servers and be assisted by a bar back on busy nights. Ongoing training provided. Pay is $7.50/hour plus tips. Previous bartending experience is required
Server: You are responsible for getting food and drinks to guests of our 2,000 square foot/120-seat showroom. Happy friendly servers make for happy guests, and a positive attitude and passion for great treatment are required. Present bottle service. Ongoing training provided. Server Superstars can work their way up to bartending. No previous experience required for the right person. $8/hour plus tips
All positions require you to be reliable, punctual, honest and have a great attitude.
You must be 21+ with no felony convictions in the last 10 years.
These positions require you to work evenings and preferably you will have weekend availability.
Hourly pay is by payroll check and tips are in cash.
