HOBART AUTO SALES IN HOBART, INDIANA is looking for a full time internet BDC representative. Individual should present an energetic and enthusiastic attitude to join our team. We are looking for someone with an ambitious, and goal oriented attitude. If this is YOU, then we would love for you to come in and work with us.


Responsibilites:
Contacting and communicating with internet customers
Assist customers with their automotive needs
Producing a high volume of outbound Calls and Emails
Confirm appointments
Answer inbound sales calls
Follow up on Scheduled (No Show) appointments.
Follow up on leads
Qualifications:

Excellent communication on the phone and through emails
Customer service experience
Previous BDC experience (Preferred but not required)
Ability to multi-task
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Desire to learn
Spanish (is a plus)
