This a full-time position.

Pay: $15 to start
Paid holidays.

If you are needed to drive your own vehicle to job sites, you will be reimbursed for travel expenses.

Vacation hours accrue at a rate of .04 hour for every hour worked. For example: after 100 hours of work, you will have 4 hours of vacation accrued.

Schedule:
Sunday (Day shift) 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Mon - Thursday (Evening) 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Responsibilities:
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, -cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Must be willing to clean restrooms.
- Must be able to work evenings.
