Being a Assistant Manager you will be trained on a fully functioning Car Wash Business. You will be trained on all aspects of the car wash including performing all job functions on a daily basics. As well as you will be trained how to delegate tasks between other associates, and perform manager duties when the Manager is not present.

Mechanical and Maintenance skills
Ability to learn tasks quickly
Ability to work as a whole Team

Standing for a long period of time
Ability to lift at least 30lbs
To be able to work in ALL Seasons
Be able to pay attention to detail

2yrs of a experience in a like field, face pace or automotive
