An Industrial Packaging Co. Seeking Several General Laborers/ General Production on the 2nd shift to build up their team. We need people that want steady employment with 1+years of experiences working in the industrial environment and motived & eager to learn new skills.

* 2ND SHIFT: 4-DAY 10-HOUR SHIFT WITH 3-DAY WEEKEND

JOB SUMMARY:
* Employee will perform various positions to determine aptitude and "best fit" to a permanent role in the company. * If progress is not being made, the employee will not continue working at the company during the 60 days of employment.
* Attendance is crucial to progressing to full-time placement. All positions are physical in nature and can require lifting of 50 lbs or more, up to ten times a minute, all day.
* There is a total of 40 minutes paid break time. Supervision determines timing and duration. it's typically two 20minute breaks. There is no unpaid lunch period.
* Absolutely NO ear buds are allowed inside working area!!

QUALIFICATION:
* Some experience working in a manufacturing/ production environment a plus (+).
* Able to communicate in English, read, write and understand verbal instructions
* Basic math skills, read ruler/tape measurer and good with hand tools
* Physically fit; Stand, bend, scoop, reach and lift up to 50-70 lbs. all day
* Maintain a professional attitude
