Canal is currently hiring CDL - A Owner Operators (must-have tractor and flatbed/ stepdeck/ covered wagon trailer. Dry Vans and Reefers do not qualify at this time)

Normal wages paid weekly, working Monday thru Friday, weekends off:


-Owner Operators local contracts only (within 100 miles of Chicago) average weekly gross is $4000-$4800, most loads are 58 miles one-way. 8-mile transfers are also available.

-Owner Operators regional contracts only (within 325 miles of Chicago) average weekly gross is $6000-$8000.

We can of course send you further for a lot more, the choice is yours.


Pay
Industry HIGH SPLITS
$1500 Experienced Driver Sign-on Bonus
$250 after 30 days, $250 after 90 days, $1000 after 1 year
Inspection Bonuses (Up to 2 a year)

Must Be 21 or older
Have A Class A Commercial Drivers License
Clean MVR/Drug Test and Clearinghouse
Annual Inspection within last 6 months
