We are looking for a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Job Description
Engage with customers via telephone in a fast-paced customer service department. Responsible for processing parts and service orders via telephone and email. Help customers with complaints/questions. Process returns. Maintain customer records by updating account information and files.

Qualifications
• Personable with good telephone skills
• Customer service skills
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and organized
• Computer knowledge (AS400 experience a plus)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
