Club 390 - Gentlemen's Club

Prepare food menu items for a leading gentlemen’s club in a South Suburb of Chicago. The Cook must adhere to high food quality in a fast paced environment.
We are currently offering: Evening Shifts

Essential Job Functions as follows:
• Work with distributors placing Food and Product orders.
• Hire and Schedule Kitchen Staff.
• Manage inventory and PAR System.
• Prepare light menu fare such as salads, sandwiches, wings and etc…
• Responsible for operating cooking equipment such as grills and deep-fat fryers.
• Ensure that all work areas and equipment are clean, food products are properly stored, utensils cleaned
and put away and floor is swept and mopped at the end of shift.
• Maintain sanitation of all kitchen equipment to health and safety standards.
• Must demonstrate the company standard for excellent attendance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and
respectful manner.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Possess valid food handling certificate as required by state and federal regulations.

Education, Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 2 year experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
