We are looking for outstanding sales associates and future store managers to work for our organization.
As a Sales Associate you will sell tires, tire related services and mechanical services. Responsible for assisting customers, in compliance with Levin Tire and Service Center's policies and procedures in selecting the appropriate services and products necessary for the safe and efficient operation of the customers vehicle. This position will exemplify the highest level of customer service and professional integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Exceed Levin Tire and Service Center's performance standards for tires, tire service, mechanical service sales and margin.
- Achieve a thorough knowledge of all products, services, warrantees and maintenance issues.
- Keep uр to date through training and vendor publications.
- Assist customers with their vehicles' needs whether it's tires, mechanical service and/or parts.
- Once you are promoted to Store Manager you still will be responsible for achieving your own sales' objectives. You will also be responsible for managing your designated store location. This consists of managing employees i.e. disciplinary actions and/or performance reviews, scheduling, facilitating weekly shop meetings, making sure the store runs smoothly and efficiently on a consistent basis.

Requirements
- 3+ years of previous sales experience.
- Qualified candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid and clean Driver's License.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a highly motivated, dynamic personality.
- Strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal oriented with the ability to meet productivity objectives.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
