The company at present has shop locations in Arvada, Estes Park and Longmont. We specialize in Residential and Commercial Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning, Chiller, Refrigeration, Hot side (restaurants) and more. We cater to service/maintenance/installation and to new construction /remodel - commercial and residential. Our client base is extensive and well established.
We are currently looking to add reliable and talented Plumbers in Arvada to work across the Greater Denver area focusing on commercial plumbing jobs. Job scope includes new construction, tenant finishes, remodels and similar type projects.
The ideal candidate must have construction experience, transportation to job site and an ability to work independently and show up on time. If your standards are above average, and you have 5+ years in the industry, we would look forward to talking to you.
There is considerable opportunity for growth for the right candidate within our closely knit team. We are looking for people with:
Hands-on knowledge of troubleshooting, servicing, repairs, maintenance, installation and commissioning in a wide variety of situations
strong troubleshooting skills
Understand blueprints and drawings
Stay updated on current rules and regulations related to plumbing so that systems pass inspection the first time
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly with a great deal of patience
An eye for details to perform assigned work in entirety and accurately with a sense of urgency
We maintain a strong commitment to ongoing training learning for all staff and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
REQUIRED:
Current licensing preferred
Relevant experience in commercial and residential plumbing
Clean driving record
Valid driver's license
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions
Able to pass a background check
