Action Door is seeking candidates to join our team as a service office assistant.

Action Door has become the leading company for garage door service and installations in northeast Ohio. We have grown to over 100 employees, operate from 3 offices, and dispatch over 70 vehicles daily to serve all of Northeast Ohio!

We Are Busy! and currently hiring at all locations: Mentor, Cleveland, and Stow

Key Tasks or Requirements Include:
• Aid daily operations of service department
• Provide phone support for service customers
• Estimate repairs and provide customer follow up
• Dispatch service technicians and schedule service work
• Purchase supplies, materials, or parts required
• Experience operating forklift vehicles preferred, but not required
• Mechanical background and/or construction experience helpful
• Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
