Precision Decks LLC is looking for additional team members.
All positions MUST MUST MUST have:
1. A valid drivers license.
2. Be able to pass a drug test.
3. Your own vehicle (If you are relying on a friends car or their ability to give you a ride please do not apply)
4. Ability to work 40-50 hours per week.
1. Lead Carpenter - Must have experience in residential framing techniques and be able to be left alone (with laborers) on a job to complete without direct supervision. We work a lot with Trex Decking and experience using that product is a plus, but not necessary. Work will be available at a minimum until Christmas. We often stay working into February and start up again in April.
2. Carpenters Helper - Experience in residential framing. Lead/Foreman experience not necessary but must be able to read a tape measure, safely and accurately handle skill saws, power tools, etc. and demonstrate experience with accuracy in building concepts such as layout, flush, square, level, and plumb.
3. Laborer - Entry level position requires little experience up front but applicant should be prepared to have a professional persona, work hard, show up on time every day, and be willing/able to learn new skills.
A typical work week is 40-50 hours and will involve multiple job sites. Transportation and flexibility to move around is a must. Typically we work from 8:00am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and most but not all Fridays during the months of June, July, and August. Absolutely no work on Saturdays or Sundays ever.
Pay for each position is industry competitive but ultimately dependent on your level of experience.
