Looking for a Managing Dentist for our office in Lancaster.

The Managing Dentist duties include:

•Demonstrate clinical excellence by ensuring that every patient receives a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan.
•Provide clinical support and leadership in the practice.
•Works with and communicates with dental specialists by referring to endodontists, oral/maxillofacial surgeons, orthodontists, pediatric dentists, periodontists, and prosthodontists for patient's needs.

DDS/DMD from an accredited University
•Active State Dental Board license
•Malpractice Insurance
•A determination to achieve financial success
•Experiencing managing a practice
