Marlow Manor/Manor Management of Alaska is seeking a Maintenance Worker for a senior housing community.
Individual must be skilled in building maintenance to include basic painting, light carpentry, some electrical and plumbing. Job duties will be discussed when interviewed.

Individual should be courteous, prompt, and professional. Applicants must work well with people.

This position is full time and Reliable transportation is required. Applicant will be on site at Marlow Manor on Mondays and Fridays and at other facilities Tuesdays. Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Medical insurance paid by employer after 60 days and 401K after 1 year. Full time employees receive paid vacations.
