Looking to hire a personal assistant to help with day to day tasks.

Personal Assistant duties and responsibilities, but not limited to:

Running business and personal errands
Able to spot problems and fix without direction
Completes tasks 100%
Helping in day to day tasks to increase productivity
Plan appointments and events
Assist with kids from time to time
Basic "handyman" skills

Personal Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
Able to lift 75 lbs
Able to workout doors from time to time
Has reliable transportation
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive personal and company information
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
Self-starter that needs very little direction from executive-level
Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
Flexible workweek
Flexible hours
