Botanica Wellness Sanctuary in City Park West is seeking one more skilled massage therapist to add to our amazing team. Our independent and locally owned center thrives on a welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable practitioners, and the best health/wellness products available. If you're looking to help people feel great in a no-drama, beautiful spa setting with the highest levels of safety and procedures regarding COVID-19 for our staff and clients, read on!
Applicants must be passionate about massage therapy with experience in:
-Swedish
-Deep Tissue
-Prenatal Massage
-Hot Stone Massage
*We will train on our specialty offerings*
*Saturdays and Sundays are a MUST for this position. One other shift may be required.*
Our massage therapists are employees, and are eligible for a health insurance stipend after 6 months and retirement account after one year of employment! Other benefits include ability to trade with other practitioners in the center for services such as Acupuncture and Esthetics. We also have great clients who understand the importance of tipping! Enjoy 40% off most retail products.
*In addition to our extensive list of protocols for COVID-19 Safety, we also provide KN-95 masks (as well as eye protection and gloves if desired) to all providers working. Your safety is our top priority!
Expectations:
-Currently licensed in the state
-Have active liability insurance
-Professional appearance and not smelling of smoke of any kind.
-Customer satisfaction oriented. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our clients leave happy and feel that their money was well spent. If there is an issue, you're always ready to make it right.
-Ability to recommended a detail and goal-oriented treatment plan when needed
-Excited to learn new massage techniques and styles
-Ability to perform 5-6 55-minute massages per shift
-Gets along well with others, teamwork-oriented and ENJOYS WORKING!
