LiveFree Counseling is a group counseling organization in Castle Rock, CO, with the mission of helping people heal from trauma so they can leave the past behind and live free. We are a mission-orientated company (with benefits), and we’re looking for an amazing, full-time Clinical Therapist to join our fabulous team. POSITION OVERVIEW

This position will help adult clients with a wide range of trauma and emotional struggles from depression and anxiety to PTSD. It includes a combination of in-person and teletherapy sessions. This is a W-2 position that will build to full-time (26-30 clients/week).


WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Provide effective counseling to resolve the client’s symptoms and concerns
- Create a safe, warm, accepting environment for clients to foster emotional safety and healing
- Maintain strong confidentiality
- Complete all session notes, and other treatment records, in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other professionals as indicated
- Assess for suicidal ideation and take appropriate action as needed
- Follow all state laws and ethical guideline
- Contribute to your marketing efforts (such as writing a blog, videos, etc.) one hour per month
- Maintain a professional environment in your attire and demeanor
- Participate in biweekly staff meetings


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- LPC, Ph.D., or PsyD
- Licensed in the state of Colorado
- Five or more years of trauma counseling experience
- EMDR trained - preferred
- Excellent professional references
- Passion for helping clients recover from trauma
- Strong integrity and a commitment to your own personal growth
- Proven ability to complete timely case notes, record keeping, and other administrative requirements
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and a warm, safe experience for clients
- Desire to be an active part of a caring, supportive team
