The Pet Stop is a busy 5 doctor veterinary clinic and we are currently looking for a receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a detail oriented individual who can multi task with ease, is exceptional when it comes to customer service and has a passion for animals. Veterinary or medical experience is preferred but not required. This position is fast paced which requires high productivity, efficiency and accuracy along with the ability to communicate well with clients and staff. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering a busy multi lined phone system, making appointments, triaging calls and relaying messages, checking clients in and out, cleaning rooms and lobby, processing charges and payments, and many clerical related and record keeping tasks. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft, Word, and 10 key. The schedule allows you to have plenty of time to enjoy beautiful Alaska on your off days. (37-40 hours per work week) Salary DOE.
