We are looking for a Title Processor/Closer that can process files from start to finish/closing. Must speak English and Spanish. 2-year experience minimum. The applicant will be responsible for processing real estate files from A-Z, Ordering special searches, Surveys, Pay Off, HOA approvals & Estoppel Letters, Insurance Certificates, Preparation of CD, Balancing transaction, Closing and Post-Closing.
