Lead Carpenter (Anchorage)
$500 SIGN-ON BONUS!!!
Alaskan family owned Construction/Restoration Company serving the community for 48 years, is currently interviewing for Anchorage based carpenters.
What we need from you:
• Must reside in Anchorage due to on call schedule.
• Must provide own tools and insured work vehicle. (proof of insurance to be maintained with the office)
• Current driver license with no more than 3 driving infraction sin the last 3 years.
• Excellent knowledge of residential and commercial building including: framing, finish, insulation, drywall, paint, flooring, door & window installation, etc. – minimum 5 years working knowledge of construction.
• Leadership and mentoring skills required.
• Ability to work well with the public as well as independently.
• Must be organized and able to follow written jobs scopes and estimates.
• Must pass post-offer drug screen (Heroin, Amphetamines, Cocaine, Opiates, Phencyclidine)
• Must be able to pass background screening. NO FELONIES ever (insurance contract requirement)
