About You High School Diploma or Equivalent 5+ years professional experience in Residential Maintenance & Repair Ability to multi-task and prioritize Excellent oral and written skills in English Good drivers license, transportation and hand tools
The Job Maintenance technicians perform all phases of repair in the following areas: Drywall/Texture Painting Ceramic tile/Grout repair Floor & Cove Base Repairs Door Install/Repair Ceiling Tiles General Installations Cabinet Repair Landscaping Electrical Pluming A/C Pressure Washing Other areas as needed
