Big O Tires, Canoga Park is looking for highly motivated, upbeat, Sales professional with complete Automotive knowledge of tires and repairs with at least 2 year in automotive Sales/Service experience and super customer service skills, can multi-task, with efficiently and work well with our team.

Big O Tires Canoga Park is a successful, nationally-recognized, full & complete automotive service shop with a huge multi-brand tire inventory and one of the top automotive shops in Southern California in the Big O Tires dealer network with a high volume, fast paced working environment.

The focus of a Tire and Service Sales Consultant/Adviser is to enhance the customer experience, build loyalty, and maximize sales.

Responsibilities include:
• Achieve a thorough knowledge of all products, services, warranties and maintenance issues.
• Keep up to date through training and vendor publications.
• Adhere to the Big O Tire policies and procedures.
• Assist other sales or service associates as needed in an effort to exceed our customers' expectations.
• Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the building and perimeter areas.
• Assist in receiving or transferring goods and maintenance of the inventory including unloading trucks and warehouse stocking.
• Maintain showroom merchandise.
• Follow all safety practices as outlined in policy and procedures.
• Sales of tires and service-related needs.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing the best guest experience.
