Line Cooks / Dishwashers will have worked a minimum of 2 years in a commercial kitchen performing food preparation. The candidate must know how to follow recipes and demonstrate competent knife skills. They will also understand and follow sanitation practices. Candidates must be energetic, self-motivated, team oriented and able to work in a high volume prep kitchen. They must also show professionalism in all aspect of their duties and have an attention to detail.
