CANNABIS CULTIVATION ASSOCIATE – SECRET GARDEN

Secret Garden is a fast-growing, vertically integrated (Retail, Cultivation and Manufacturing) cannabis company looking to hire Cultivation Associates to work in our cannabis growing operations.

Our Cultivation department is focused on growing sustainable high-quality cannabis. We have a large facility and have established very strict quality control and sanitation standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Job Title: Cultivation Associate

Salary: Compensation based on experience

Key responsibilities include:

• Working in all aspects of Secret Garden’s Cultivation department, including maintaining healthy genetics, propagation, Veg and Flower phases
• Following Secret Garden growing and production procedures,
• Following Secret Garden compliance policies and procedures,
• Maintaining sanitation and waste protocols
• Other duties as required

Physical Ability:
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
• 21+ years of age

License:
• Anchorage Municipality Food Handler's Card
• Alaska Marijuana Handler's Card
