Puryear Custom Pools is in need of a Pool Construction Admin. Assistant. Computer skills to include email, word processing and light spreadsheet duties. Job is for organizing, copying, scanning, and filing construction folders for the Superintendents, answering phone calls and distribution of subcontractor plans. Must be able to speak professionally with our customers to verify work to be scheduled and to make weekly follow up calls to be sure they understand the “build” process. Must be detailed oriented, multitasking required, and good work habits with taking messages and follow up. Must be flexible as other duties may be required. This is a full-time position M-F; 7Am to 4Pm. Bi-lingual a plus. Salaried position with benefits including vacation, holiday, and sick leave, along with health, dental, life and vision insurance offered.
