The responsibilities of a Dishwasher will include:
• Properly cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Maintaining the dish room and dish machine.
• Assisting with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Operating dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Using proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine.
• Restocking all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removing all garbage.
• Breaking down, cleaning and sanitizing the dish machine at the end of a shift.
• Keeping dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Performing additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a Kitchen Manager or a Manager.
