We are looking for an experienced Flatbed / Open Deck Dispatcher to join our growing trucking company.
📍 Location: Markham, IL 60428
🏢 OFFICE POSITION ONLY — NO REMOTE WORK
Requirements:
• Previous experience dispatching Flatbed / Open Deck trucks
• Strong knowledge of flatbed freight and the U.S. freight market
• Experience working with brokers and customers
• Ability to negotiate rates and plan profitable loads
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple trucks and keep drivers moving efficiently
• Good English
• Responsible, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
• Dispatch and manage flatbed drivers
• Book and negotiate loads
• Plan routes and reloads
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
• Track loads and resolve transportation issues
• Minimize deadhead and maximize weekly truck revenue
• Maintain strong relationships with drivers and customers
