We are looking for an experienced Safety & Compliance Professional to join our team and take a key role in maintaining and improving our company’s safety and regulatory compliance.

🔹 RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage day-to-day DOT/FMCSA safety and compliance
Monitor driver qualification files, MVRs, medical cards, and drug & alcohol compliance
Review ELD/HOS records and address violations
Monitor inspections, violations, accidents, and safety performance
Manage FMCSA, DOT, Clearinghouse, and state compliance requirements
Conduct regular driver safety reviews and follow up on violations
Handle accident investigations and maintain accurate documentation
Monitor CSA/BASIC scores and develop corrective action plans
Maintain company policies and safety procedures
Communicate with drivers, management, enforcement agencies, and third parties
Stay current with changes to FMCSA/DOT regulations
🔹 QUALIFICATIONS:

✅ 3+ years of experience in motor carrier safety/compliance
✅ Strong knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations
✅ Experience with ELD/HOS compliance
✅ Knowledge of CSA/BASICs and FMCSA portals
✅ Experience handling DataQs, inspections, violations, and accidents
✅ Strong organizational and documentation skills
✅ Ability to work independently and make sound compliance decisions
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience with trucking software and compliance platforms is a plus
