We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized team player to join our team as a Billing & Driver Orientation Specialist.
In this role, you'll review trip paperwork, verify delivery documents, ensure accurate billing, and help onboard new and returning drivers by explaining settlements and accounting procedures.
What you'll do:
✔️ Review trip reports, PODs, and billing documents for accuracy.
✔️ Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve missing or incorrect information.
✔️ Upload and organize billing files in the system.
✔️ Conduct orientation sessions for new and returning drivers.
✔️ Explain settlements, deductions, and reimbursements clearly.
✔️ Maintain records and provide ongoing support for accounting-related questions.

Candidate profile:
✔️ Fluent in Russian and English
✔️ Organized, detail-oriented, and great with people
✔️ Comfortable working under deadlines
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook
✔️ Previous experience in billing, accounting, or administrative work is preferred, but not required. We’re happy to train the right candidate.
