We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounting & Financial Analyst to manage accounting, financial reporting, and business analysis for a busy repair shop.

🎯 What You’ll Do
- 📊 Prepare & analyze P&L and financial reports
- 📈 Analyze revenue, expenses, margins & profitability
- 📑 Work extensively with Excel & spreadsheets
- 💵 Review payroll, overtime, bonuses & labor costs
- 🧾 Manage & reconcile AP, AR, bank & credit-card accounts
- 🔧 Analyze parts costs, inventory & technician productivity
- 📅 Support month-end closing, budgeting & forecasting
- 🔎 Find discrepancies, control costs & identify ways to improve profitability
- 📋 Prepare clear financial reports for management

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Accounting or financial analysis experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Good understanding of P&L and accounting principles
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Payroll experience preferred
- Automotive, trucking, or diesel repair experience is a plus
