Hiring Fleet Manager with experience only Arlington Heights , IL

Manage and supervise company equipment.
Make sure trucks and trailers are safe, operational, and DOT compliant.
Review drivers’ pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, oil changes, tires, brakes, and other services.
Coordinate with repair shops, roadside assistance, and dealerships.
Make sure drivers report damages, defects, warning lights, accidents, and other safety concerns immediately.
Work closely with the Safety and Operations departments.
Prepare the fleet for DOT inspections and roadside compliance.
Must have CDL and experience as fleet manager, no experience is not an option.
