We are looking for a professional with experience in the U.S. trucking industry who knows how to secure profitable loads, coordinate driver operations efficiently, and ensure smooth transportation processes.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of continuous experience specifically as a Truck Dispatcher in the U.S. trucking industry.
Upper-Intermediate English B2.
Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian.
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and book the most profitable loads.
Coordinate daily transportation operations and assign loads to drivers.
Monitor trip statuses and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Communicate with drivers, brokers, and internal teams.
Review and process transportation documentation RCs, PODs.
Resolve day-to-day operational and logistics issues promptly.
Work Conditions:
Work Format: Office-based.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting between 7:00 and 8:00 AM and ending at 5:00 PM.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Start Date: ASAP.
