🚛 HIRING: OPEN DECK SECUREMENT MANAGER
📍 Markham, IL 60428 — On-Site Position
We are looking for an experienced Open Deck Securement Manager to join our team and oversee securement and driver training for our 30-flatbed fleet.
Responsibilities:
• Review and approve load securement before drivers leave the shipper
• Conduct orientation and skill evaluations for new drivers
• Provide load securement training when needed
• Release equipment to drivers
• Inspect equipment for drivers passing through the terminal
• Conduct reorientation and additional training with existing drivers
• Make sure drivers follow company and DOT securement standards
Requirements:
• Fluent English — all of our drivers are American/English-speaking
• Minimum 2 years of open-deck driving experience
• Strong knowledge of flatbed/load securement
• Good communication and training skills
• NO REMOTE — this is an on-site position in Markham, IL 604280AP.S. All trucks are on the road, so this is primarily an office-based position. Outside work is minimal, and we have an indoor bay available for inspections and training.
💰 Pay is based on experience.
