Hi, we don't agree with the claim: The load was delivered 1 month ago. Load receiver checked the load and gave the driver clean BOL without any note of the damage. We have new trailers, all of them are 2014 and newer. They are food grade and without holes. They can't get wet. Besides, the shipper checked the trailer before loading.
We shouldn't be responsible. The claim should be addressed to the shipper or receiver.

This is a valid claim. In spite of you having clean bills, concealed damage does exist and you are liable for the damage. The damage claim was presented within a reasonable amount of time since the load delivered. The claim clearly notates all damages happened during transit. We can work this out with your insurance, you can send us a check, or we can offset the amount from current bill that we have on hold.
